Still have questions?
How does the process work from the first contact?
Scheduling is simple and efficient. On first contact, we ask a few necessary questions to fully understand the needs of the patient and/or family. Our team then draws up a personalised, individual care plan and schedules the first visit as soon as possible. During that visit, we assess a few parameters in person, so the care plan is as well suited as possible to the actual needs.
How long does it take to start a service?
It always depends on the type and complexity of the needs identified. In most cases, we can respond the same day or within the following two days.
What nursing care do you provide at home?
We provide a wide range of home nursing care, including medication and injection administration, wound care and dressings, vital signs assessment and monitoring, post-operative support, and other nursing care personalised to each patient's needs.
What are the advantages of home nursing care?
Fast response, usually the same day, for both one-off and ongoing services. Comfort and safety, by reducing the need to travel to hospitals or clinics — particularly important for older people or those with reduced mobility — and lowering the risk of hospital-acquired infections. And dedicated, individual follow-up from a qualified team focused on empathy, wellbeing and continuity of care in the patient's own familiar environment.
Is care provided by certified professionals?
Yes. Our entire team is made up of certified nurses, physiotherapists and psychologists with experience in home care.
Which areas do you serve?
We provide home nursing care across the Lisbon parishes (Juntas de Freguesia) of Ajuda, Alcântara, Alvalade, Avenidas Novas, Belém, Benfica, Carnide, Campo de Ourique, Estrela, Lumiar, Marvila, Misericórdia, Odivelas, Olivais, Parque das Nações, Penha de França, São Domingos de Benfica and Santa Maria Maior, as well as in Cascais and Sintra.
Can I schedule one-off sessions or only ongoing care?
Both. We adapt the home care plan to each person’s needs, whether it’s one-off support or regular, ongoing care.
What are your office hours and care availability?
Our office (phone, email and contact form) is available every day, 8am to 8pm. Care is provided every day of the year and, in specific cases — such as out-of-hours one-off support, ongoing treatment (for example, IV fluid systems) or overnight monitoring — we guarantee 24-hour availability.
How can I request a quote?
Contact us via the form, WhatsApp or phone with the details of your situation, and we’ll send a personalised, no-obligation proposal.
What is home nursing care, and who is it for?
Home nursing care means receiving nursing services — such as wound care, medication administration or vital signs monitoring — at the patient's own home, instead of a hospital or health centre. It suits adults and older people, those recovering from surgery or a hospital stay, people living with chronic conditions, or anyone who prefers home-based care to hospital admission — it isn't a service exclusively for older adults.
Let's turn courage into health.
We care for you and your loved ones the way we would want to be cared for.
