Brave Care is a company specialised in providing home healthcare, for adults and older people who need occasional care or ongoing support at home.

This project brings together a multidisciplinary team of highly qualified healthcare professionals, with the technical and human skills to deliver excellent healthcare focused on health promotion and disease prevention — and, in turn, on improving quality of life and comfort for the people we care for.

Over the years, I've seen many people needing more than just treatment: they needed time, attention and someone to look them in the eye. That's why I created Brave Care, because I believe caring is so much more than treating. It's about listening, respecting and adapting care to each person, their story and their needs.

We want to bring humanised, personalised care into the home, the place where every person feels safest, and give them the courage they need to overcome their difficulties. Every day, we strive to care for others with the dignity and respect we would want for ourselves and our own families.

Our team is made up of nurses, physiotherapists and psychologists with certified training and experience in home care. Every professional is selected not only for their technical skill, but also for the way they connect with the people they care for. Our professionals respect each person's routines, habits and privacy. They take the time needed, without rushing, explain every procedure clearly and involve the family in decisions, because good care starts with getting to know the person.

Our story

Why the name "Brave Care"?

"Brave Care" comes from the words bravery and courage — two values we see as the foundation of this project, present in our everyday life, and what allow us to face and work through the challenges that arise throughout each person's personal and professional life.

As healthcare professionals, we are often faced with extremely challenging situations, both physically and emotionally. That is why we must find the courage to overcome them, so we can carry out our profession with excellence and help our patients in every way we can — even when that means putting our own personal struggles aside.

Our patients also draw on their own bravery whenever they face health challenges and seek to improve their quality of life. And as family members or loved ones of someone going through a more fragile stage of life, courage is also needed to be present, to help, and to listen.

And so our name was born: Brave Care — caring with bravery, care with courage.
